Unpacking the Environment Protection Act 2017

Professional development to assist those authorised under the Environment Protection Act 1970 to transition to the Environment Protection Act 2017.  The course provides clear instructions on what is contained in the new Act and how this will impact the scenarios that authorised officers face on a daily basis.

Officers with a minimum of 6 months experience authorised. You might not investigate or resolve waste issues on a daily basis, but you still use the current Environment Protection Act. Officers with less experience should consider attending a Litter Enforcement Investigations Course

INTERMEDIATE

You use the current Environment Protection Act to investigate and resolve waste issues regularly. Or you are working as a specialist in the field (as dedicated Litter Enforcement Officer or other)
