CERTIFICATION BADGE INSTRUCTIONS

All authorised officers who attend a LEON training course are able to display a LEON Certified electronic badge upon completion of the course. Instructions for applying the badge can be found below:

Outlook

Step-by-step instructions

 

  1. ​Copy the certification badge from within the email you received after completing the training course.

  2. In Outlook, create your new email signature by opening a new message, then clicking 'Signature’ under the insert options tab.

  3. Click 'New' to create a new signature. Or if you would like to modify an existing signature, highlight it. 

  4. Name your new signature.

  5. Type any text you would like in the signature, then paste the certification badge you received after completing the training course.

  6. Click OK to save your new signature. 

Gmail

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Copy the certification badge from within the email you received after completing the training course.

  2. In Gmail, open the settings page and access your email signature under the general tab.

  3. Click 'New' to create a new signature. Or if you would like to modify an existing signature, highlight it. 

  4. Name your new signature.

  5. Type any text you would like in the signature, then paste the certification badge you received after completing the training course. If the image appears too large, click the badge, and select Small from the options presented.

  6. Click OK to save your new signature.
